As a matter of fact, Madhava, Patryk and I have been talking about designing a way to make the UI reversible, for that very reason. Mking a browser that's comfortable to use is super important to us, so expect to see more thinking on that in the near future. :)

Oh, sorry I misread your comment. The idea of moving the plus icon to the left is actually specifically for the benefit of people who hold the phone in their right hand. It's generally more comfortable to touch the left side of the screen with your thumb than it is to scrunch up your thumb to tap the right edge. That said, my previous comment is still true, a reversible UI is something we are thinking about.

This patch moves the "+" to the left. However, the touch area is available for the entire row (currently). I don't find any change in "target size", except for a visual change to align the X and + on the left side.
