71533 - copy to sent message + bcc self gives two copies in sent message

test case:
netcenter webmail (havent' tried other mail for this) in ns6 mail client
open account settings
copies and folders: check "place a copy in" sent on webmail
copies and folders: check bcc, to you webmail address
send a message
go to sent message webmail folder
observe two copies of the message, one read, one unread.

expect one read copy of message.

happens with any ns6 build, back to the dawn of time.

I am not currently able to connect to webmail therefore I don't know if this
problem still occurs!
