Inconsistency in patch option links

Details
I'm not sure if this bug is specific to BMO or not. Filing here as a guess.
Currently, for any patch, I see three options: Details, Diff, and Splinter Review.
In the attachment table, the options are: Details | Diff | Splinter Review
In a comment or when the patch is attached, the options are: [diff] [details] [review]
Note that diff and details are in the wrong order. It'd be nice for them to be consistent. Personally, I prefer Details | Diff | Review.

This is bmo only. Upstream doesn't display [diff] in comments.
