If you are not logged in and go to This Page > Talk Page, and the Talk page has not yet been created, you get redirected to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/

If the talk page exists or you are logged in this does not occur.
We've seen this issue in MindTouch but we don't have a good way to fix it. See bug 698069.
