Mozilla should populate the location bar with the URL before it succesfully loads.

If I go to launch Mozilla with a URL, and notice that I've made a mis-type, I have to wait until Mozilla has loaded an error page before I can go to the location bar and correct the typo. Hitting stop or escape during the load will cause the location bar to never be updated to reflect the new intended destination. This is especially annoying when trying to work with multi-line URLs from an IRC window without launching a terminal window to be used as a temporary cut/paste area for stitching one together. Build ID 2001022808 displays the annoying late-population problem.
This is a duplicate of bug #48524. But I failed to mark since I have no permission for that

Heh, I was going to mark this a duplicate of 70682 (which I believe would be slightly more accurate) but whatever :-)
