Details

Graphserver production is using a DB shared with many other sites, we hit a problem right before the holidays and had to point graphs.m.o at the read-only slave. Right now graphs-old is still taking performance results (HTTP posts from talos), but we need to switch that over soon so it blocks bug 715976 Also, the job that periodically runs to refresh the list of available jobs is not running, so we need to get that split out ASAP. Graphserver should know how to use the master for writes, and the slave for reads.
