When filling out the KB article review after clicking that it was not helpful, user has option to expand comments outside of the box.
1) https://support.allizom.org/en-US/kb/Controlling%20AVG%20Firefox%20add-ons
2) was this article helpful? > Click 'No'
3) when article survey appears, expand comments box
expected: comments size expands downwards, but within boundaries of the box

Just to double check, you mean that you can manually stretch it outside the box, right?
