2) choose Help & support > Technical support
3) choose Internet > AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet
4) Click Live Support button

I've tested with D2D on, D2D off, doesn't make a difference. Pressing F5 in the pop-up window has no effect, just stays blank.
I see this on mac as well, but there's a blinking keyboard focus ring around the default text input.
