On 64 bit platforms it is possible to either build 32 bit builds or 64 bit builds if the environment is properly set up. By default the workers will attempt to build the native architecture but in the case (currently Windows) where we may wish to create 32 bit builds on 64 bit hardware it is useful to be able to specify the target build cpu type.
