From the link after an update,
http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/seamonkey2.6/ ,
clicking on the Type Inference link leads to
http://blog.mozilla.com/futurereleases/2011/11/04/type-inference-to-firefox-beta/ , which is 404.

Regarding 404's, this is a recent comment received from the webmaster email:

In general, URLs should be redirected, not 404'd, because there are a lot of links out there beyond your control, and when someone hits a 404 they usually won't dig through Contact Us and report it properly. Often they give up in disgust because it's too much trouble to do something else.

The 404 page should have the mailto link for the webmaster on it, or some other one-click, friction-free goodness to report 404s, if their collection and reporting cannot be automated through your analytics process.
I'm not sure if this was a url-error on our part, or if it was a change in the url to blog.m.c, if the latter its not technically our mistake/problem about the 404 or redirect.

Either way, correct (current) url is http://blog.mozilla.com/futurereleases/2011/11/10/type-inference-to-firefox-beta/ and we should fix that.
