Details
The Crestron controllers (both AV2 and Pro2) appear to work by issuing incremental state change commands.
However, they do not appear to reset the room to a known ground state on initial power-up. This means that any matrix switch or window processor operations appear to break the room.

AVDG is working toward better initial state definition, but without the ability to put room control systems into some sort of source control, we're just not going to win this one.
