Expected to see the download added to the default Download Manager. After download, I do not see the download.

Expected bug 715347 to scan for the download manager for use.

I have no idea what the Download Manager is on the TouchWiz, and I'm not sure we should care. I certainly do not want to start chasing 3rd party Download Managers.

Even if we know the activity to start, how can we be sure the API even exists for the Samsung TouchWiz Download Manager? Why is the Samsung DM not "just working"? Is it storing files in a different DB?
The system download manager code was removed.
