1 : Compile the latest Nightly and build it.
2 : Run firefox as dist/bin/firefox
3 : Compatibility checker pops up


Actual results:

Compatibility checks endlessly forever.The checking never ends


Expected results:

It should check for compatible addons and display them and fire up Firefox.

Is even reproducible in Firefox 10 beta on Linux. The add-ons checker runs forever.

Please enable extensions.logging.enabled in the profile your using and after cancelling the compatibility UI look in the error console to see if there are any errors or warnings displayed.

This looks like your build is having problems writing to your profile folder, it claims the extensions database is read only.
