Updating the aurora page with the opportunity to provide ways to "learn more" about each value prop.

1. preview features - learn more about features
2. share your feedback - how can users provide feedback
3. shape the future of firefox/join community - instructions on how to join community/conversation

we need a page for point number 2 to direct users and provide more information or directions on how users can provide feedback.

in design perspective, it should be pretty simple and straightforward, it should have a consistent aurora branding feel and clear steps of instructions.

1. Share feedback via the feedback button (screenshot)
2. Share feedback via input
3. Share feedback via bugzilla
Let's first take a second to figure out the best way to present this info to users, before we proceed with graphic design. I think a key UX step is missing, in this instance. For example, should this be a brand new page, or is there a way to incorporate this info onto the main landing page through a dialog box, etc.

To that end, assigning to Chrissie for now. Let's talk about this more during our weekly check-in.

let's talk about what are options are here and the best way to provide the info.
happy either way (within the page or another page).

lets add to our agenda for end of week/early next week check in.

Hi Laura and Chrissie,

Any recommendations whether we should create a page for this or add the information in the current page?

thanks
hi chrissie,

i wanted to follow up to see if you had a chance to review this yet and if you have recommendations?

thanks
hi chrissie,

i was wondering if you had a chance to review this one yet.

thanks!
Grace/Laura,

OK, so it sounds like the scope of this bug is:

"we need a page for point number 2 to direct users and provide more information or directions on how users can provide feedback."

This sounds a lot like a support page, and if that's the case, we should be consistent in how we provide support to keep cadence across our other products, since the support team is really the "listener" group. The product site seems less like the right place for a page like this.

Is there a support area on SUMO dedicated to Aurora?

Questions:
*When/how would a user arrive to this page? (has she already been using Auora, did it crash and she got an in-product message?)
*Where does traffic come from? (is it 90% organic search?)

Here are some examples of support entry points outside of mozilla:

http://www.facebook.com/help/suggestions
https://www.evernote.com/about/contact/support/

Thoughts?
Agree - would be good to provide a link to some sort of SUMO page (Aurora/Beta Forums?) where this detail is given.

Do we have a page like that? If so, let's add some sort of text link to our Aurora landing page linking to it.

Grace - thoughts?
Grace - Any thoughts here?
Grace - is this still needed?
Let's move this over to a SUMO request as suggested in Comment 6.
