Moved Pair Device to bottom of screen, restyled all clickable links (includes changes to "Show me how." and "I don't have the device..." links.)

> No progress bar?
We don't get direct control over when syncs happen, unless we want to circumvent Android's infrastructure. The most we can do is ask for one, but we might not get it, and even if we do it happens in a different thread outside of our control. We don't have a straightforward way to track progress; the Android Account Manager UI takes care of what little feedback the user gets.
The only thing this Activity does is create the Account. Alas.
