It appears that there's no themes data on input.mozilla.com or input.allizom.org, which is causing several WebQA tests to fail.

As I understand, this feature isn't really used anymore in the data analysis (if it's been broken for almost a year, that's a big hint). If :Cww thinks this is important, we can try to find time, but if not, I'd say let's just resolve WONTFIX because it's in the pre-fjord code.

We don't use these features. Let's build analysis tools in a future version but we'll just let those tests expire.
