Details
What did you do? 0. Using Lightning 1.2b1 under Thunderbird 10.0b2 under Ubuntu 11.10, with a cached Google Calendar, read-only mode OFF. 1. Click New Event 2. Click "Invite Attendees", specify the email of one attendee, click OK 3. Click "Save and Close" What happened? Nothing: the window refused to close. None "Save and Close", "Close", "Save" actions found in the Event menu produced a result. The only way I found to close the window was Alt+F4. As a consequence, the newly created event was lost. What should have happened? Window should have closed, and event should have been saved. Note: creating events without attendees work and do not lead to this behavior: without any Attendees, the window closes and is saved to the calendar
