Open http://www.communitymx.com/content/source/E5141/wmodetrans.htm on a Sun Ray (xBGR display) and RENDER off. Firefox crashed in PluginInstanceParent::BackgroundDescriptor() the line is return SurfaceDescriptorX11(xsurf->XDrawable(), xsurf->XRenderFormat()->id, xsurf->GetSize()); XRenderFormant() is null. The problem is gone if ipc is turned off.
And Patch of Bug 717174 is required to get it rendered.

This should be unnecessary as of bug 682625 landing, on mozilla-inbound but not central yet.

mozilla-inbound works fine with patch of Bug 717174.
