STR: 

1) open the download window
2) download a large file
3) when the security scan starts, close fx

result: The file gets deleted

Not sure what the alternative should be, we don't want to leave an a file that has not been scanned available, but we also don't want the file to go away forcing the user to re-download it. An alternative might be to open/center the download window on top of the fx window, forcing the user to wait until the scan completes.
