ONLY in the windows version of 9.0.1, Ctrl+SHIFT+n opens up a new window which's first tab is hidden and the new tab button does not move from the left side of the screen. The bug does not exist on my copy of ubutnu

Steps to reproduce:
Pressed ctrl+SHIFT+n
Actual results:
a new window opened which has the first tab invisible and the new tab button does not move.
Expected results:
Since there is nothing associated with ctrl+SHIFT+n, nothing should have happned

openSUSE 12.1, Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:13.0a1) Gecko/20120216 Firefox/13.0a1, pressing Ctrl+SHIFT+n opens a new browser window but the tab is visible also i can create a new tab that moves the "new tab button".
