I just entered some PTO for next week, and then realized tht I could credit back a day to myself as it's over my birthday. When I clicked "edit" and made the change (by setting my birthday to 0 hours) it created another entry, and no it looks like I'm using 48 hours of PTO instead of 20 hours. --- 6033 Chris Beard 2012-01-11 28 2012-01-20 2012-01-25 Mountain View US Visiting family on the east coast. I have personally stumbled on this too. I hope the payroll people spot my dups too so I don't get an incorrect number of days remaining. It's a know bug in the old PTO app and for the record, the new PTO app that I'm building will have an undo capability. Although by undo'ing you're basically editing it again down to 0. As I'm also responsible for migrating the old app the new app (in Q1), there might be an opportunity to resolve these kind of duplicate entries. I'm wondering we should be careful and not automate and just alert people and resolve on a case-by-case basis.
