"Mozilla Services" is the component for bugs in Firefox Sync and similar products, not for general requests. I'm not sure what the procedure is to subscribe to engagement@, but it's not here. :) (If the procedure turns out to be "file a bug in $component", feel free to reopen & move this bug to the right place; but for now, this bug is INVALID as a Mozilla Services bug.)
