Description

Opening this bug to integrate lead tracking and management for ESR.

Needed:

*Product owner (Stormy) work with Mike Alexis/CB on what tool (Salesforce, SugarCRM, etc. - Salesforce is already in action though for Partnerships team and will be hooked up to http://www.mozilla.org/about/partnerships.html

(side note: Contributor engagement is also looking for this tool/functionality for their funnel)

*WebDev team member (Mike A.) to hook up the necessary components into the HTML page for ESR

*Privacy review (if needed, Stacy) to make sure we're gathering and using data that meets needs and standards

Mike A. and I will follow up this Friday and update with next steps!
