I think the etherpad in comment 1 has all the content for this page except the FAQ. I recall that Tantek was interested in creating one, based on questions he sees about HTML5 in IRC, and Sheppy suggested putting it at https://developer.mozilla.org/en/HTML/HTML5/FAQ . I see no need to block on that, but let it build up incrementally. (I hate contrived FAQ lists.)
