When curtisk created an account for me on security.etherpad.mozilla.org, I got an email from "MoPad" that ended with "For help signing in, or general support issues, please email nobody@mozilla.org."

Hmm, I'm pretty sure we changed the wording on this to point to the Bugzilla IT Request form... may have gotten backed out at some point, or perhaps there are multiple code paths that generate similar messages.

This is definitively deployed in production now. It works, but is rather dumb... it uses HTML syntax, but the email is text/plain. Changing the subject to reflect the new problem. The simplest course of action would be to just remove the HTML syntax and go for just text/plain. Typing to convert the email it sends into proper HTML format seems quite a bit more difficult. The offending file is here: https://github.com/mozilla/pad/blob/master/etherpad/src/themes/default/templates/pro/account/account-welcome-email.ejs CC'ing some folks that might be able to assist.
Summary: "For help signing in, or general support issues, please email nobody@mozilla.org." → Welcome email has HTML syntax in text/plain email
Severity: enhancement → normal
