When maintaining content, we often need to do spam control and other maintenance on content in languages other than our own. However, we do need the wiki's UI to be in our own language. So these must be able to be decoupled.

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=710724#c4 I'm thinking the best solution will be to keep both locales in the URL, like: /en-US/docs/fr/HTML/HTML5 /pt-BR/docs/ja/HTML/HTML5 Should make rewrite rules for 301 redirects from MindTouch URLs easier, too.
