From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; 0.8.1) Gecko/20010312
BuildID: 2001031204
This happened when I downloaded your nightly build with Mozilla. In the
download progress dialog, I checked the checkbox and noted an incomplete outline
around it. This outline stops at the word "this". When I click on the words
within the outline, the checkbox state alters. When I click on the words not
within the underline, the checkbox state does not alter.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download any file Mozilla doesn't normally open.
2.Select Save to file radio button
3.click on the checkbox in the download progress screen. You'll see the outline
4.Try clicking in the outlined area near the checkbox.
5.Try clicking outside the outlined area.
Actual Results: On step 4, the checkbox state alters.
On step 5, the checkbox state remains.
Expected Results: The outline should encompass the label next to the checkbox.
Also, the label, when clicked, no matter where, should always alter the state of
the checkbox
The first Download dialog box that asks if Mozilla should open the file with
another program or save the file: The labels next to the radio buttons here are
clickable, but they don't have an outline. A cosmetic problem

Can't find the number, but I'm pretty sure I've seen this reported already.
