Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Commercial trunk build (2001-03-12-09-Mtrunk).
2. Type this url: http://home.netscape.com/themes/index.html
3. Choose any theme to install that listed on the theme park (i.e; Sky pilot)
4 Click the "Import Theme" button.
5. The installation is completed. Go to View > Apply Theme..>Sky pilot
NOTE: It does not immediately change to sky pilot skin. Quit the browser and
re-launch it again, then it does apply to the new skin "sky pilot".

With moz 1.0 on win98, I am asked to restat mozilla in order to get a theme
applied. This is really annoying when attempting to try out several themes.
There should be a way to apply a theme without a browser re-start
This bug should be closed now. Requires to re-start the browser after themes
switch.
