It would be great to have a make target which generates a partial MAR with MOZ_PKG_PRETTYNAMES=1. ATM partial-patch target generates $(PKG_UPDATE_BASENAME).partial.$(SRC_BUILD_ID)-$(DST_BUILD_ID).mar while with MOZ_PKG_PRETTYNAMES=1 it should be something like firefox-$(OLD_VERSION)-$(VERSION).partial.mar.
