Details

Build: 03/12 linux and win32 trunk build Currently character coding check is only applied to mail subject and body. We also need to check if sender and recipient name is in the range of the specified character coding. Steps to reproduce 1. Launch mail 2. Bring up mail compose window. 3. Make sure you have sender and recipient name not in the range of the specified character coding, for example, have Japanese send and recipient name in an ISO-8859-1 mail. But don't enter out-of-range characters in the mail subject and body. 4. Click on Send, no character coding warning dialog. 5. After you receive the mail, you'll see the sender and recipient name displayed as question marks.
