Please create a way to set the max memory that flash takes as a preference. Multiple tabs with flash running can cause a phone to OOM and lock up.
OS: Mac OS X → Android
Hardware: x86 → ARM
Priority: -- → P5
Component: General → Plugins
I think there's no need for this anymore. Because there's no flash support in Firefox for android. Can anyone please mark this bug as resolved.
There is legacy support for Flash in Android. See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-watch-flash-videos-firefox-android P5 is the correct priority for this bug. We'll accept a patch from the community, but won't actively work on it, however the bug does not need to be closed.
Flash is going away: bug 1381916.
