This bug is tracking the work required for AMO support. We need the amo page for /android to be live on January 30th in unison with the train cutover for Fx11 from m-a --> m-b.

Details:
* Create a new application on AMO for native Firefox on Android. The appname could be "android" to help separate from "mobile", although we want to investigate stealing "mobile" back.
* Allow users to upload add-ons for "android"
* Allow users to install add-ons for "android"
* Allow user based search and API based search to work as well

We had a meeting. Justin agreed to the timeline. :)
