To reproduce, go to www.nextbus.com on a Galaxy Nexus running Aurora. 

After allowing your location to be shared, an error message saying "Got old GPS location so trying again" appears over and over again. 

This doesn't seem to happen on the stock Browser.
I have trouble reproducing this, but I do think I understand what is happening.
