tm-amo01-master01 and tm-amo01-slave01 are no longer used in production. Let's take a look at what we need to do to get rid of these.

I'll leave the general log on for at least a day and then revisit, and get a full listing of what's done.

mrapp55 has been turned off. I have turned general logging on again for tm-amo01-master01 to see if there's anything left accessing it.
