The test HTTP server can't start on https://ci.mozilla.org/ because the port is already bound.

The server port needs to be changed. Something non-standard (like 15325) would probably work. Ideally, this would be configurable through Maven magic and I could just drop the appropriate file/arguments into Jenkins and manage it there.
