This is to back up the irc conversation this morning.

I need a Mac Mini Server: http://www.apple.com/macmini/server/

Standard config: 2x500GB/4GB RAM/Quad-Core 2.0GHz config.

Apologies for the rush, but if I could get this by Tues or Weds, it would keep me from blocking rollout of the new builders. This will eventually become the reference machine for said builders.

Check with Palo Alto Apple store to see if they have this config in stock.  If yes, we can have someone pick it up on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Apple does have this in stock.  A Purchase Order has already been sent, and it should be ready for pick up on Thursday at the latest.

Picked up from Apple, added to inventory. Placed this on Richards work area in 10 Forward.

I'm sure I've added it to inventory, otherwise the S/N ans specs wouldn't have been listed here. Not sure how this was removed from inventory, but I've added it again.

Explain to me why and we can make this happen. We can move this discussion to an email and include the rest of the team or we can discus this during our team meetings to make we're all on the same page.
