Steps to reproduce:

On a constant basis I click on anything or anywhere on the window and nothing happens or the blue circle keeps going around and then the screen will fade out and at the top I get a message "Not Responding". This has happened only since the version 9 update. Also VERY SLOW

Expected results:

The proper click action and no ""Not Responding" message.
Severity: normal → major
