I'm getting a fat (2px instead of 1px) line in the compose window between the Subject and the formatting toolbar.

Yeah, sure, you can get by with just a review for this one.  Also, this makes sense, and the code looks good, so r=me.  ;)

But, for reference, how does it look with "border-top: 1px solid ThreeDHighlight"?
