For Breton you currently have en-US search engines which I've now accepted for TB 10.
It would be good for your users if we could get localised versions. See this page for more information:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Thunderbird_Localization/Productization
For starters we probably want to use a similar list to the ones you use for Firefox.

Maybe we could use the same as Firefox?
You can find them here :

I am looking at the bugs that are open for the breton language and I see that this one has been opened nearly 2 years ago.
As nothing has been done for a while, is it worth keeping it opened ?

Sounds like a question for Philipp at this point?

Thanks for the pointer. I'm fine with using the Firefox search engines. Do you have hg push access yourself or do you need support?

Sorry, my Mercurial account has been disabled.
Gwenn, can you commit the Thunderbird search plugins ?

My account was also disabled due to inactivity but here is a patch for the modification (which is just a copy of browser/searchplugins in mail/searchplugins)

I'll need to double check about the codes, it may be that Thunderbird can not use the same one that Firefox uses. Aside from that, I can take care of the checkin for you.
