STR:
1. Launch Firefox with a clean profile.
2. Go to "View | Toolbars | Customize...".
3. Click the "Restore default set" button.
The "Feedback" button is removed from the Navigation bar and it gets added to the "Customize Toolbar" menu with an icon that incorporates all the icons in the menu.

This issue is not reproducible anymore using the latest Firefox 123.0 build on Win 10. I'm closing it as WFM.
