718670 - "run filters on folder": no clue when it's done if no message matches any filter

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686) AppleWebKit/535.7 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/16.0.912.63 Safari/535.7

Steps to reproduce:

Tools / Run filters on folder.

Be sure that you have some filters but that no message in the folder matches the filter


Actual results:

the filters are silently run, no matching message is found, so no action is applied (so far so good) and you never know if it is done or if it is still processing.


Expected results:

A progress bar should be shown on the status bar, or at the very least a message such as "processing message filters..." or the like, and when the processing is done, a message such as "Filtering done: no matches found" or the like should be shown.

Note that when some matching messages are found you do know when it's finished, because it says "xx messages moved/deleted/whatever"
