Steps to reproduce:

Re/started Firefox, with many windows open from a previous session. Clicked on a window to begin doing something.


Actual results:

As Firefox loaded all of the other windows, they each grabbed focus for an instant. Windows minimized in the previous session also appeared and grabbed focus before minimizing.


Expected results:

All windows should have loaded in the background except one, and windows minimized in a previous session should have started minimized.

I confirm.

Steps to reproduce :
1. Open multiple windows and minimize all except one which you will maximize.
2. Firefox -> Exit
3. Open Firefox. Go to History -> Restore previous session.

Actual Results
The maximized window opened as it should. The other windows opened either minimized, either "restored down" in no particular order. Windows minimized in the previous session grabbed focus and "flashed" briefly and then unfocused behind the maximized window.

Expected results
Windows should have opened in the same manner they were left in the previous session.

Robert could you please change the summary to be more descriptive, maybe to "Windows restored from previous session do not open as they were left" or "Each window grabs focus as is restored from a previous session"? Thanks.
