When we upload an add-on right now the validation page says:

> Your app passed validation with no errors and 1 message.
> 
>     App confirmed

That message isn't necessary for the end user to see.  I'm CCing Kumar just to make sure we don't depend on it for anything on AMO, but I don't think we do.
Nope. I actually don't think we need that notice at all. IIRC it was a placeholder so we could test app validation before we had any actual app validation rules.
