It's #36 top browser crasher in 10.0b4.
It happens at startup in 9.0b4, 9.0b6, 9.0, 10.0b4.
It doesn't happen in 9.0.1.
Maybe bug 708572 that was back out in 9.0.1 can fix it.

there are still plenty of crashes, but 95+% are version 9. 
and for version 18 and newer, only one crash in the past month
bp-008da562-1abf-4c53-bf01-1c9f32130307 version 21.0a2

so this is gone, unless signature morphed
