Hey team! We would like to re-create the designs created for MozCamps EU and Asia to be customized for MozCamp Latin America (LATAM) that will be taking place on April 20-22nd, 2012. The over-arching theme of the camp will remain "Many Voices, One Mozilla". For MozCamp LATAM, we will be utilizing Staples to produce the same items as were produced for the previous MozCamps. Tara, Thanks for your reply! We are using the same graphic, but if I remember clearly, I think the t-shirts/posters said '2011'? If you could update the design for the t-shirts and posters to say '2012' (I remember we gave away the posters after Malaysia because they said 2011). Does this make sense?

I've uploaded all the design assets (incl. PMM assets) we used at MozCamps 2011 on the file server here http://fs2.mtv1.mozilla.com/public/Engagement/Design%20Assets%20from%20MozCamps%202011. I also emailed a Dropbox link the Creative and Contributor Engagement teams.

Hey Tara: I asked Kate to file a design bug as a placeholder. We LOVE the overall concept and don't want sway from that. However, we do anticipate having to create new posters, wrap a bus (well, I wish), etc. We're getting a sense of what is needed. From there, we'd then like to get your advice on what you all want a hand in, what could be farmed out to a production designer and/or volunteers. We'd like to avoid last minute requests by giving you a holistic view of everything that would need to be created. If you like we could close for now and reopen when we have that list together, but wanted it on your radar!
OK, Thanks Mary. Duly noted. Then lets do this, please: * Keeping the original design as the Core visual ID. * Provide a list of all the assets you'll be applying this design to. * Work with a production agency/designer to handle the creative, as long as we're ale to review and provide feedback / quality control. If it's based on the original design, we souldn't have too many issues and we can just act as creative reviewers vs. doing the work in-house. How does that sound? That way we can divide and conquer, and get this all done on time.
