Steps to reproduce:

Set Firefox to use the "old style"  title bar.
Set Firefox to show an additional toolbar containing the font resize buttons, a new window button, the refresh buttton, and the Rikaichan plug-in button all centered.
Centered the menu.
Restarted Firefox when it had a previous session both after a crash and after a normal shutdown.


Actual results:

In addition to the windows in the previous session, two windows with a "new style" toolbar under the "old style" toolbar and with space for the bookmarks toolbar, but the bookmarks toolbar itself missing appear.


Expected results:

The extra windows should not have come up.

Additionally, when it says that it has been having trouble restoring tabs, the bad windows not part of the previous sessions are in the list.

Stefan, we close bugs using INCOMPLETE when there is insufficient information from the reporter.

If there is *sufficient* information, then INVALID might be used but only when the cause of the reported issue is clearly not the mozilla product.
