sorry, but we can't actually do this within bugzilla, because there isn't a separate component for just new hire bugs. lisa, i suggest you use component watch, and watch the "mozilla corporation" -> "facilities management" component. you're receive bugs for any changes to bugs in that product, so it may be a good idea to use zimbra filters if you're not already doing so. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=component_watch
