720001 - en-GB build fails locally but appears to work on tinderbox

My understanding is that en-GB builds complete successfully on the tinderboxes.
I have a directory with directories comm-aurora and en-GB in.
en-GB on mozilla-aurora l10n does not have a suite/chrome/common/help/images directory
When I try and build I get the following errors:

Does your en-GB build fail locally still?

No, but that is because I copied the contents of the suite/chrome/common/help/images directory from the en-US repo to the en-GB repo
Not sure what was causing the issue but marking as WFM now.
