Details
The value of intl.accept_languages in the Acholi locale [ach] is "Leb munu-us, leb munu", which appears to be some sort of botched translation of the default en-US value rather than a value appropriate for speakers of Acholi.
As such, based on the linguistic environment of where Acholi is spoken, I recommend the following value:
ach, laj, alz, kdj, sw-UG, sw, en-UG, en-ZA, en-GB, en
Naturally, we may debate the merits of each choice, if necessary.

I just noticed there are issues with the entirety of the intl.properties file:

We'll want this fixed to get into beta, and I agree with Gordon that the file is generally wrong, many strings are translated that should be just customized.

San James can you look at correcting this. This file contains configuration information, it shouldn't be translated.
