If no connection to IMAP server yet, save to IMAP Sent folder fails due to "IMAP: password prompt failed or user canceled it" when mail is sent by Send Unsent Messages after Send Later.

If connection is established by other activity such as folder click while retry loop by "Save failure->Retry/Cancel dialog->Retry request", save to Sent is successfully executed by Retry, and endless retry loop is terminated.

This "IMAP: password prompt failed or user canceled it" doesn't occur if Send is executed at mail composition window, even when no connection to IMAP server exists yet.
This "IMAP: password prompt failed or user canceled it" is same as bug 534994 (login for LSUB command by Subscribe fails if no connection is establised yet.)
1. Offline use of all IMAP folder is off, to kill auto-sync,
   Select IMAP account to force no connection after restart, restart Tb.
2. Compose a mail, Send Later -> Send Unsent Messages, Mail is sent
3. Login fails -> Retry/Cancel dialog -> Reply Retry -> Login fails ...
4. Login fails -> Retry/Cancel dialog -> Reply Retry -> Click Inbox quickly
5. Login fails again -> Retry/Cancel dialog
6. By click of Inbox, login for Inbox is executed
7. Reply Retry to dialog -> login is successful -> at Sent, append is executed
